Villa Laura, very close to Camaiore, is a semi-detached villa with swimming pool and jacuzzi corner completely surrounded by the green. The accommodation is for 8 guests and is made of 2 double bedrooms, and a bedroom with two single beds (it is possible to add two extra beds). It is a three-storey villa.
Two parkings avaliable.
Villa Laura is close to the city of Camaiore where you will find all sort of shops. Guests can also arrange excursions.

All utilities included in the rental rate.
Extra costs to pay at the arrival:
- property cleaning: €120.00;
- 2 extra beds can be added: € 50.00 / bed / week;
- damage deposit, that will be returned back on departure date: €400.00.

**Terms and conditions**
In order to confirm their reservation guests have to pay the booking commission directly to BeTuscany.
Once our guests have accepted our rental agreement they have to pay the 30% of the rental price directly to the owner of the property, while the balance must be paid 8 weeks before their arrival.
In case of short timeframe or last minute requests, guests will have to pay the entire amount of the rental rate.
