L'Arsella is a lovely portion of a semi-detached house located on the second floor of a typical Versilia villa. The house also has an outdoor area for guests' exclusive use and is perfect for those who want to spend pleasant moments of relaxation just a few steps from the sea without having to take the car, given that two bicycles will be made available to guests.

The house consists of an entrance with stairs to access the rest of the rooms which are: kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, double bedroom with bridge wardrobe and bathroom with shower.

Furthermore, short stays (minimum two nights) are possible during the low season.

Extra costs:

- property cleaning: €90.00

- the bicycle service requires the payment of a deposit of €20.00/bicycle;

- pets allowed with a surcharge of €20.00/each/night;

- additional cot available: €20,00/night;

- additional bed with sofa bed: €30,00/person/night;

- damage deposit to be returned at the end of the stay: €200.00;

- tourist tax: €1.50/person/night.
