Villa Sista is located in a prestigious residential area in Pietrasanta. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, and is equipped with excellent comforts and fine furnishings which make it perfect to enjoy a stay not only of relaxation but also to visit the historic cities of Tuscany such as Lucca, Pisa or Florence.
The property is spread over 4 floors, theground floor consists of a large and bright living room, a super-equipped kitchen with dining area for 9/10 people, bathroom with shower. The sleeping area is on the second floor and consists of two large double bedrooms, both with balconies and one with a bathroom with shower, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. On the top floor there is a beautiful open space attic with exposed beams and parquet euipped with a table with 4 chairs, a large wardrobe, a double bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower.
On the basement level there is a tavern used as a fitness and relaxation area with the latest generation 4-seater sauna, treadmill, exercise bike, large cabin with tropical shower, service bathroom, bedroom for the exclusive use of any housekeepers/babysitters, another bathroom with shower and laundry area.
Furthermore, the house also has outdoor space: a well-kept garden with heated hydromassage tub for 5 guests that can be used all year round, bar area with fridge and ice machine, gazebo with outdoor dining area and barbecue.
Parking space available both inside and outside the property.
Extra costs:
- a damage deposit of €500,00 is required on departure date and it will be returned back on departure date.
Minimum stay 4 nights.

**Terms and conditions**
In order to confirm their reservation guests have to pay the booking commission directly to BeTuscany.
Once our guests have accepted our rental agreement they have to pay the 30% of the rental price directly to the owner of the property, while the balance must be paid 8 weeks before their arrival.
In case of short timeframe or last minute requests, guests will have to pay the entire amount of the rental rate.
