Extra costs to pay at the arrival:
- property cleaning: €60.00;
- etxra bed (on request): €15.00/stay;
- cot (on request): €7.00/stay;
- damage deposit, that will be returned back on departure date: € 300.00;
The owners are very kind and polite. They live in the main farmhouse just at few meters from Il Fienile.

**Terms and conditions**
In order to confirm their reservation guests have to pay the booking commission directly to BeTuscany.
Once our guests have accepted our rental agreement they have to pay the 30% of the rental price directly to the owner of the property, while the balance must be paid 8 weeks before their arrival.
In case of short timeframe or last minute requests, guests will have to pay the entire amount of the rental rate.
