The territory of the Municipality of Seravezza (pop. 12,362 - 39.37 sq km) consists of a flat area where the centers of Pozzi, Querceta and Ripa are located, a valley floor with the villages of Corvaia, Malbacco, Riomagno and Ruosina and the area montana consisting of the hamlets of Azzano, Basati, Cerreta Sant'Antonio, Cerreta San Nicola, Fabbiano, Giustagnana and Minazzana. Seravezza, the capital, is located at the confluence of the Serra and Vezza streams and is framed by the Apuan Alps characterized by vertiginous marble walls, cool chestnut woods and clear streams.
