Villa Mario is an independent villa in the heart of the Camaiore hills, just 5 minutes from the historic city center. The house can accommodate up to 8 people and consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 with two single beds, 2 bathrooms. We provide 2/3 parking spaces, Wi-Fi and we accept your four-legged friends! The area is perfect for nature walks.
Independent, spacious and surrounded by greenery: Villa Mario is perfect for a holiday with family or friends.
Extra costs to pay at the arrival:
- accommodation cleaning: € 200.00;
- damage deposit, that will be returned back on departure date: €300.00.

**Terms and conditions**
In order to confirm their reservation guests have to pay the booking commission directly to BeTuscany.
Once our guests have accepted our rental agreement they have to pay the 30% of the rental price directly to the owner of the property, while the balance must be paid 8 weeks before their arrival.
In case of short timeframe or last minute requests, guests will have to pay the entire amount of the rental rate.
