Villino Lucia is located a few meters from the center of Forte dei Marmi and the sea; the property can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of an open space living room / kitchen, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.

**Terms and conditions**
In order to confirm their reservation guests have to pay the booking commission directly to BeTuscany.
Once our guests have accepted our rental agreement they have to pay the 30% of the rental price directly to the owner of the property, while the balance must be paid 8 weeks before their arrival.
In case of short timeframe or last minute requests, guests will have to pay the entire amount of the rental rate.
