La Pergola in Camaiore is a delightful holiday home very close to the historic center of Camaiore with garden and parking. The property, portion of a two-family house, is spread over two floors: the first floor comprises entrance / living room, kitchen with closet, bathroom with shower; while the second floor has a double bedroom, one with a French bed and a bathroom.
The apartment is close to the center of Camaiore where you will find supermarkets, shops and restaurants.
Extra costs to be paid upon arrival:
- accommodation cleaning: € 100.00;
- security deposit which will be returned on the day of departure after inspecting the property: € 250.00.

**Terms and conditions**
In order to confirm their reservation guests have to pay the booking commission directly to BeTuscany.
Once our guests have accepted our rental agreement they have to pay the 30% of the rental price directly to the owner of the property, while the balance must be paid 8 weeks before their arrival.
In case of short timeframe or last minute requests, guests will have to pay the entire amount of the rental rate.
