1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, well furnished living room, kitchen and garden with breathtaking panoramic views!

Parking spaces available (shared parking with el tre due grandi), and automatic cancellation.

The apartment is located in Ripa, a few minutes from the center (full of shops of all kinds), 10 minutes from the car if they can reach both Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi.

Immersed in nature and away from the chaos, La Camelia is perfect for a totally relaxing holiday with your family.

**Terms and conditions**

In order to confirm their reservation guests have to pay the booking commission directly to BeTuscany.

Once our guests have accepted our rental agreement they have to pay the 30% of the rental price directly to the owner of the property, while the balance must be paid 8 weeks before their arrival.

In case of short timeframe or last minute requests, guests will have to pay the entire amount of the rental rate.
