Guests will have access to a private beach (umbrella wit beach facilities) for a total duration of 6 days.
Parking spaces available on the street, within walking distance of supermarkets and shops.
Extra costs to be paid locally:
- accommodation cleaning: € 100.00;
- small dog supplement: € 150 / week;
- security deposit which will be returned on the day of departure after inspecting the property: € 300.00;
- City tax.

**Terms and conditions**
In order to confirm their reservation guests have to pay the booking commission directly to BeTuscany.
Once our guests have accepted our rental agreement they have to pay the 30% of the rental price directly to the owner of the property, while the balance must be paid 8 weeks before their arrival.
In case of short timeframe or last minute requests, guests will have to pay the entire amount of the rental rate.
