Charming and  fully renovated semi-detached house with fine furnishings in the enchanting village of Corsanico, with a breathtaking panoramic view.

The property has a delightful outdoor area from which guests can be fascinated by the marvelous landscape at any time of the day, whether in the morning for breakfast or even in the evening to enjoy an excellent aperitif at sunset.

The house is a two-storey building. The first floor consists of a large and bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry area; the sleeping area, on the other hand, is located on the second floor and has two bedrooms (for a maximum total of 5 guests), and a large bathroom with shower. All the accessories that make up the structure are valuable and have been chosen with great taste, essential elements to make a pleasant stay.

Extra costs to be paid:

- property cleaning: € 100.00;

- damage deposit, that will be returned back on departure date: €250.00

**Terms and conditions**

In order to confirm their reservation guests have to pay the booking commission directly to BeTuscany.

Once our guests have accepted our rental agreement they have to pay the 30% of the rental price directly to the owner of the property, while the balance must be paid 8 weeks before their arrival.

In case of short timeframe or last minute requests, guests will have to pay the entire amount of the rental rate.
