Charming three-room apartment completely renovated with panoramic view on the mountains of Seravezza, a characteristic town of the historic Versilia. The property is located in the central square of the town and is inside a historic building made up of three units.

The apartment is located on the second floor and is divided into two portions, the central part is made up of the stairs. In the portion on the right you will find a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom with shower. While, the other portion, detached from the central body but on the same floor, consists of a bedroom with double sofa bed and bathroom.

Free parking space in town.

Extra costs to be paid at the facility:

- cleaning of short-stay accommodation: €40.00 / cleaning of short-stay accommodation: €45.00

- security deposit which will be returned on the day of departure after inspecting the property: €250.00.

Minimum stay in low season 2 nights for a maximum of 14.

Minimum stay in high season 3 nights for a maximum of 14.

To confirm the booking, the guest must pay the BeTuscany percentage directly to our agency.

Subsequently the guest will have to pay 30% of the rental price upon acceptance of the tourist rental contract directly to the owner of the property, while the balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival.

In case of shortened times, the guest will have to pay the entire rental amount.
