This charming and completely renovated apartment is perfect for spending your summer holidays in Lido di Camaiore!

Appartamento Brise is located on the fourth floor with lift of a condo on the seafront promenade of Lido di Camaiore. Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet because it overlooks the internal courtyard of the building.

This small cozy spot is equipped with all comforts and consists of a living area with kitchen and French sofa bed (suitable for two children) , double bedroom, bathroom and small terrace with washing machine. It is excellent for spending real beach holidays with your family.

**Terms and conditions**

In order to confirm their reservation guests have to pay the booking commission directly to BeTuscany.

Once our guests have accepted our rental agreement they have to pay the 30% of the rental price directly to the owner of the property, while the balance must be paid 8 weeks before their arrival.

In case of short timeframe or last minute requests, guests will have to pay the entire amount of the rental rate.
