Il Pettirosso is a lovely recently renovated apartment in a very quiet residential area. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a garden and private entrance.
The accommodation consists of large bright spaces: kitchen, living room, two bedrooms (one double and the other twin), bathroom with shower, terrace with table for dining outside.
Cervaiolo is one of the most beautiful residential neighborhoods in the municipality of Montignoso and is the one that borders that of Cinquale, i.e. the maritime area of this small village bordering Versilia and the very famous Forte dei Marmi.
The location of the apartment is excellent because points of interest such as a supermarket, delicatessen and pharmacy are within walking distance while the sea is only 5 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bicycle.

**Terms and conditions**
In order to confirm their reservation guests have to pay the booking commission directly to BeTuscany.
Once our guests have accepted our rental agreement they have to pay the 30% of the rental price directly to the owner of the property, while the balance must be paid 8 weeks before their arrival. In case of short terms or last minute requests, guests will have to pay the entire amount of the rental rate.
