The house is on one floor and has 5 beds divided into two double bedrooms and one single. The kitchen overlooking the living room is equipped with an electric hob for preparing meals. The open-plan living room features a sofa and a TV. The private garden equipped with umbrella, table and chairs, parking space, washing machine and Free WiFi is available to guests. Towels and sheets included.
The property is located on a private road in a very quiet residential area: Cervaiolo, the hamlet of Montignoso adjacent to the maritime hamlet of Cinquale.
It is 10 minutes by car from Forte dei Marmi 5 minutes from the center of Massa 25 minutes from the Carrara quarries 20 minutes from Lido di Camaiore 30 minutes from Viareggio 45 minutes from Lucca 40 minutes from Pisa and its airport 35 minutes from La Spezia 1 hour from the Cinque Terre.

**Terms and conditions**
In order to confirm their reservation guests have to pay the booking commission directly to BeTuscany.
Once our guests have accepted our rental agreement they have to pay the 30% of the rental price directly to the owner of the property, while the balance must be paid 8 weeks before their arrival. In case of short terms or last minute requests, guests will have to pay the entire amount of the rental rate.
